HARD ROAD TO FREEDOM, the 10th release by RIVERCAT, looks at the frustration with politics, the media & relationships in a modern American world. The album was recorded in NYC and produced by Dan Grigsby who has worked with such legendary musicians as Keith Richards, Joe Cocker, Kool & The Gang and James Brown. It features guest spots with musicians from the Garland Jeffreys band on the cover of the 1977 hit "Wild in the Streets".

VOODOO CADILLAC marks RIVERCAT’s 6th independent release. The idea for the record was born from Mark’s time spent in New Orleans, one of his favorite cities. Originally titled Swampafied, the album embodies some of the many musical aspects of Louisiana’s rich culture. The closing track “Oh Katrina” is an ode to survivors of the 2005 tragedy.
